A case of glomerulolnephritis associated with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma are described The patient presented with purpura, nephrotic syndrome and impaired renal function. The kpatient had cryoglobulinemia with rheumatoid factor activity,
hypocomplementemia,
and anti-HCV antibody, and charaterization of the cryoglobsulin revealed the presence of a monoclonal IgM kappa compnent together with polyclonal IgG, Skin biopsy and renal biopsy revealed a leukocytoclastic vasculitis and a typial
cryoglobulinemic
nephropathy diffuse prolifreative glomerulonephritis with monocyte infiltration and subendothelial deposition of IgM, IgG, IgA, and C3. Bone marrow biopsy reealed a small lymphocytic lymphoma: monotonous small sized nepolastic lymmphoid cell
infiltration. The vasculitis, nephrotic syndrome, and renal function were improved after lymphoma treatment with chemotheraphy.
